She is the Research Director at CESRAN International. Ebru Birinci is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Political Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University. She received her master’s degree from Karadeniz Technical University. She is an interview editor of the Political Reflection Magazine. Her research interests are foreign policy studies, Russian foreign policy, and Russian-Israeli relations.
