Muharrem Bayrak, Research Fellow
Muharrem Bayrak completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees in International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University, earning his MA in 2022. He commenced doctoral studies in the International Security and Terrorism programme in 2023. Between 2022 and 2024, he served as a researcher at the KTU Strategic Research Centre, and since 2024, he has been editor of Trabzon Studies Journal. His research interests encompass international security, cultural diplomacy, geopolitics, and the projection of soft power.
