IEPAS2015, 2nd International Conference on Eurasian Politics and Society, was organised by CESRAN International and Konya Necmettin Erbakan University on 22-23 May 2015 in Konya. The conference theme was “Cultural Diplomacy”.
The conference was opened with several opening and keynote speeches delivered by distinguished experts such as Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın (Rector of Kadir Has University, Turkey) and Dr. Philip Robins (University of Oxford, UK).
IEPAS2015 had 12 panels, 1 roundtable discussion, chaired by Prof. Dr. Alp Özerdem (President of CESRAN International), 1 book discussion session of Dr. Shane Brennan and Dr. Marc Herzog’s book “Turkey and the Politics of National Identity: Social, Economic and Cultural Transformation” chaired by Prof. Dr. Murat Çemrek (Head of Department of Int’l Relations, Konya Necmettin Erbakan University), overall 83 participants.
