The conference hosted 11 scholarly panel sessions, 1 Keynote Speeches, 1 In-Conversation Panel, and 1 Book Discussion Panel.
CESRAN2023 started with the welcome addresses of Professor Luis Tome (Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa) and Professor Ozgur Tufekci (CESRAN International). This was followed by the keynote lecture of distinguished scholar Professor Nicholas Wheeler (University of Birmingham).In the In-Conversation Panel, Professor Sandra Diaz Fernandes (University of Minho) and Professor Stefan Wolff (University of Birmingham) discussed the Russia-Ukraine War. In the scholarly panels, in total, 54 papers were presented by 67 participants. The conference ended with a closing ceremony and a post-conference evaluation meeting.
